The Shroud on BBC Radio 3

Posted April 10, 2014

Siddhartha and theatre director Russell Bender were on BBC Radio 3’s ‘The Verb’ recently. Here is a short video clip:

On the radio show, Ian Macmillan introduces The Shroud as “an epic about how our bodies sometimes remember better than we do especially in times of loss and especially in a world that refuses to give us time to think”.

Siddhartha and Russell were featured alongside Lydia Davis, winner of the Man Booker International Prize, New Zealand’s inaugural Poet Laureate Bill Manhire and John Robinson.
