Ding Dong

This is The Bell, my local pub.

A proper East End boozer, it’s become the de facto Headquarters of Kalagora. It’s here, in the upstairs room, that we’ve taken Kalagora from an initial concept, via a six-date UK tour,  to a slick, polished show ready for the Edinburgh Fringe. (Okay, okay… maybe it’ll always be rough around the edges!)

The Bell is run by Glyn Roberts, who as well as stocking really good beer supports the arts by letting theatre companies, poets and funny people run amok in his lovely Victorian hostelry. Ding dong indeed.

I encourage you to seek it if you find yourself in the East End. It’s on Middlesex Street, next to Petticoat Lane market. Mine’s a Bombardier, thanks.
